The company reviewed various mineral prospects and after concluding its initial due diligence has an option to acquire the Ellen Property located in the Whitehorse mining district. The Ellen Property is approximately 27 km northwest of Hanes Junction, which is 159 km by road from Whitehorse Yukon Territories. The property comprises of Ellen 1-20 and Ellen 25 - 37 claims covering approximately 1400 acres. It's in a highly active area where companies such as African Minerals has alone staked 7,000 claims surrounding the Ellen Property.

Financing

To date, the company has raised over $85,000 through the insurance of initial seed stock subscriptions priced at $0.10 per share. The company wishes to raise an additional $350,000 for the purpose of furthering it's work program and expand it's drilling operations.
