Introduction

Broken Stone Mining Inc. a private company formed to prove as its core business acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The principals of the company have assembled an experienced and knowledgeable management and directors team to further the objectives.

The company reviewed various mineral prospects and after concluding its initial due diligence has an option to acquire the Ellen Property located in the Whitehorse mining district. The Ellen Property is approximately 27 km northwest of Hanes Junction, which is 159 km by road from Whitehorse Yukon Territories. The property comprises of Ellen 1-20 and Ellen 25 - 37 claims covering approximately 1400 acres. It's in a highly active area where companies such as African Minerals has alone staked 7,000 claims surrounding the Ellen Property.

Broken Stone Mining is a private company intending to go public, and is in the process of raising additional funds for further exploration work on its properties.

The Ellen Property particularly shows significant grades in many minerals such as Copper, Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium, which warrant further exploration.

We are presently offering shares at $0.07 Flow-Through, and $0.05 Non Flow-Through.

Our Properties

  • Executive Summary Yukon is a good, mining-friendly place with good infrastructure etc. Property's main target is a "Volcanic Massive Sulphide" (VMS) Copper-gold prospect with historic drill reesults of copper @ 3.15% and 1.20% over 5 meters (two holes); 1.64% over 10 meters (gold not assayed), and, later, 1.96% copper plus 2g/t gold over 2.1 meters.
  • Property Description and Location The MWK claim consists of 1-9 unit NWT claim totaling approximately 465 acres. The claim is registered as F97540 on NTS claim sheet 75E-5 and is in good standing until September 15, 2009. The map area is centered approximately 111º 52’W-61º 22’N.
